Click the Help button (question mark) in the top-right → review shortcuts → Visit Support for more online help.

On the Activate LunaFinder screen, click Visit Support if your license key does not work.

When contacting support
Include:
- macOS version
- LunaFinder version (Settings → Application)
- What you were doing (for example “AI Search after opening external drive”)
- Exact error message if one appeared
- Whether the library is on an internal or external drive or sync folder
For technical issues, support may ask you to use Activity Log in Settings.
